About Our Centers ...
Experience Inc. directly operates four (4) Senior Centers in the Warren/Forest area - Allegheny Community Center, Endeavor Senior Center, Marienville Senior Center and Tidioute Senior Center. Experience Inc. also partners with the Sheffield Community Center to assist them in providing services to our community. Centers offer the opportunity for seniors to enjoy a meal, visit with friends and engage in activities. While we assist in the operation of the various centers, each center is encouraged to be as self-sufficient as possible, becoming a valued asset within their immediate community. The centers have site councils that assess the day-to-day operations of the facility and also plan for future activities. As the interests and demands of the centers change, each council is challenged with ensuring that their center best meets the needs and interest of its consumers. Toward that end, Experience Inc. works with the Site Councils to identify needs and interests of seniors within their community. For example, on a limited basis, the Allegheny Community Center is offering a “healthy lifestyles” alternative to their normal lunch menu, hopefully appealing to those seniors looking for a “lighter” fare at noon.
