HUMAN SERVICES DEVELOPMENT FUND (HSDF)

The HSDF program has care management oversight by Experience, Inc. but is funded through the Department of Human Services, that provides Home Delivered Meals, Home Support, and/or Personal Care to individuals under the age of 60, who have mental health issues, and are in need of services.
