VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
All events, along with special activities at the Allegheny Community Center utilize volunteers and staff members to make the activities run smoothly. Volunteer opportunities are available throughout the year, not only at the below-mentioned activities but also at other organizations in town. Needs are varied and can include reception or telephone activities at the Visitor's Center and the Struthers Library Theatre. Anyone interested in volunteering for an event, please call the RSVP office at 814-723-7751.
EVENTS
The Experience, Inc. fundraiser Golf Tournament, held by the Area Agency on Aging in June at Blueberry Golf Course in Scandia, raises money for home delivered meal programs in Warren and Forest Counties. The next tournament is scheduled for June 10, 2013. The Senior Games, an annual RSVP event, are held in June at Betts Park in Warren. Early registration is suggested and the application form can be found on the home page each year. Many types of games are offered, for all levels of activity. This is a fun day for all who participate, as well as the volunteers. Come join us each year in June.
Trips: Trip Policy - you must be a member of ACC to go on most overnight trips. If you are not a member, $15 will be added to your trip cost and you will have to fill out a membership form.

Once a month trip to Salamanca Casino/Bingo Hall - bus trip. Cost is $20 per person with incentives included. Leave Big Lots at 9 am, return at 5 pm. Usually last Wednesday of month. Must have valid Photo ID (required for casino).Call 814-723-3237 for information. Must pay when sign up.
